you the prevention and cure all in one. We apply the rigorous preventative
maintenance schedule and remote monitoring software from our INSIGHT
Monitor plan to put us closer to your network. INSIGHT
Manager adds unlimited remote support
for your desktops and servers and user access to our live service
desk for remote support by phone and over the internet. If
something happens to your systems, it’s our problem – not

desk support right up to a CIO, the INSIGHT Defender plan
gives it all for less. INSIGHT Defender extends
the benefits of our INSIGHT Manager program
to include unlimited on site support for covered systems. And,
we still perform all of the monitoring and maintenance of the INSIGHT Manager
plan,
so you won’t encounter the problems in the first place. You
receive complete IT service at a cost much lower than hiring a full-time
IT staff—and without the headaches. With INSIGHT
Defender you get one price for everything. No surprises,
just superior service. |

Upgrading or replacing hardware or software normally requires
on-site service. Addition of, or replacement of, equipment is
considered project work and is not covered under this agreement. Project
work will be bid and billed separately. Fees do not include
the cost of new or replacement hardware, software, cabling or
other equipment that may be required to perform services under
this agreement. Client will be quoted a price for new or replacement
equipment prior to installation, and will sign an authorization
and be billed separately. INSIGHT Managed IT Solutions require
a compliance phase, which standardizes your systems and environment. This
is bid separately after a network audit and is required prior
to activating INSIGHT. NetOps will audit the device count monthly
and adjust billing accordingly as devices are added or deleted. |
